Last week the Club migrated its membership and handicap software to a new system: Club V1.  This means you will now see some changes on the Pro Shop terminal that will make signing in and score entry easier and quicker.  Please note that, under the new system, booking-in to knockout competitions can ONLY be performed on the Pro Shop terminal or by phone.  Monthly and Gold Leaf Competition booking will remain on HDiD.

As part of the upgrade, we are pleased to inform you that there is a member’s app available, and this is now live.  To download the app simply go to the App Store, or Play Store, and search for 'ClubV1 Members Hub'.  You will need to register before you can use the app, but it will guide you through the HowDidiDo Passport registration process.  In order to verify that you are a registered member of Rochester & Cobham Park GC you will be prompted to verify your membership.  You may need some or all of the following information:

  • Registered Email Address
  • Category of Membership
  • Registered Address

You will be sent an email to confirm the validity of your email address.  Once you have registered you will be able to login.  You should find this quick and easy to complete, but if you do have any problems, call the office, the staff will be pleased to help you. 

Within the 'Members' area you will be able to view your bar balance, and soon be able to top-up within the app.  It also provides access to the members list, and the ability to edit your own profile and privacy settings.

Later on in the year, we will be issuing all members with contactless bar cards, which will simplify your bar and food purchases and competition processing.

We hope that you embrace the new software, there will be some initial hiccups, as with every new system, but we're sure you will find it a vast improvement over the old system and something that will enhance your member experience.
