Junior Section
The R&CPGC Junior Section has a very active playing membership.

Our handicap categories currently range from Category 1 to Category 4 and, at this present time, we have six Junior golfers in the Kent County Squad.

For the golf handicap section there are up to 20 club competitions per calendar year, including seven “gold-leaf” events. There is an Order of Merit system throughout the year with our end of year presentations at the Junior Christmas Dinner.

The R&CPGC Junior Section also runs monthly 9-hole competitions during the summer months for those Junior golfers that are yet to attain a full playing handicap. This gives all Junior members good access to, and familiarity with, our golf course.

R&CPGC Juniors are also active within the county for other club competitions such as the Kent Junior Foursomes and the Knole Park Trophy.

Our golf course speaks for itself.  R&CPGC is again an Open Qualifying course and is rated as one of the best inland courses in the South East of England. There are also extensive practice facilities for our Juniors to hone their skills in all different aspects of the game.

We place the highest priority on our Junior Section.
Quite simply, they are the future of our club.

The Club has a comprehensive safeguarding policy in place concerning Junior golfers and those who work with and around the Junior section. A short guide can be accessed here. A copy of the full policy is available on request from the Club Manager.
