The Practice facilities at Rochester & Cobham are the envy of all other clubs in the Medway area, and rival the best in the County.

For the keen golfer looking to improve their game, these facilities are a definite bonus to membership. Pre-game warm up facilities are provided by a large putting green on the way to the first tee with greens matched to, and maintained to be consistent with, the greens on the course. Beside that sits a chipping green and driving range with both open-air and undercover bay.

Long-game Practice Area

The long-game practice area provides for all but the very longest hitters at 400 yards in length, and utilises high quality practice balls and yardage marker targets to help work on both technique and control.

Short Game Areas

In addition to this, in a separate practice area members can use their own balls to polish their short game, with a 150 yard pitching area, a chipping green and two practice bunkers.

These facilities are open to Green Fee and Society visitors as well as Members and, when combined with best-in-class tuition from our Professional team, help maintain a high standard of all-round play at the club.
