Course is Open, No Buggies Allowed.
Course Overview

The present course was designed in 1997 by renowned golf architect Donald Steel. This new layout modified the 1920’s course laid out by Messrs Colt, Mackenzie and Alison.

Built to the highest specifications, the course is extremely well designed in a spacious parkland setting. There are no weak holes in the layout, providing an excellent test of golf that can be enjoyed by golfers of all skill levels.

As well as some demanding par threes, there are tough par fours, often influenced by swirling winds, and long challenging par fives. All 18 greens are constructed to USGA guidelines and offer a wealth of subtle borrows. A strong breeze and substantial ‘rough’ of Kentish grass form the course defences.
